Rabbit Bunny Holland Lops Bonded Pair All Gear Supplies
We are seeking to rehome our bonded pair of Holland lops together. They are best pals. They will not be rehomed separately.
These bunnies are litter box trained.
Hopper, the seal point boy bunny is neutered and turned 2 in July. He’s curious and loves our cats and dogs. He’s probably about 4 lbs, maybe less.
Lola, the brown little girl bunny is 7 months old. She is not spayed. She loves to be hand fed and play on the forage mat and tunnel. She was the runt of the litter and will likely be a small adult.
We will rehome with all gear including:
food, pine litter pellets, Timothy hay, wire kennel, bedding, bowls, litter tray, forage mat, tunnel and toys.
Sadly, my daughter can no longer manage her escalating hay and fur allergies with their daily care. There is nothing wrong with them health-wise or behaviorally. These are very pampered and well cared for INSIDE bunnies.
You can expect to spend about 15 minutes a day on daily care and cleaning. Litter changes are necessary daily and fresh daily veggies (romaine) are a required part of their diet. If you get a larger litter box you can change it every 2 days.
Bunnies require access to fresh Timothy hay at all times & things to chew on. I’ll get you started with chew toys.
We are seeking a new home with:
•Indoor housing: Their kennel is 12sq ft (see photos, it’s currently 2’x6’ but can be reconfigured easily).
•Free roaming in the room with their kennel. They sleep in their kennel but spend most of their time (60%+) free roaming in my daughter’s room with a baby gate in the doorway.
You’ll need to bunny proof the room (secure electric cords away from them).

If you’re unfamiliar with rabbits, they are incredibly sweet, cute and quiet but they are not always interested in being held or picked up. They would not be a great pet for a very young child. Rabbits are prey animals and get scared easily. Patience is required to bond with them and understanding that they are not dogs or cats.
For parents, I’d recommend rabbits as a pet to a child 9+ and expect to help or perform some of the daily upkeep yourself. If you enjoy them like I do, you won’t mind but don’t expect a child to do it all without supervision and help more than likely.
