She would come with a large floor cage and all accessories. I would not recommend her as a first conure. She is quite bitey . She’s older (7) and was rehomed to me a few months ago. I think she is having a hard time adjusting after 7 years in her old home. Seems to like females over males. Would not make a good pet for a child. Must be able to pick up.
