ALHs are very intelligent and versatile dogs. They are gentle dogs that make great family pets &/or hunting dogs for whatever your sport may be (raccoon, bear, cougar/bobcat, bird, etc.). We have even had past puppies go for herding cattle/goats, etc. (though a majority have gone for great family pets). A full sister from 2019s litter is burning up the show circuit, making it all the way to the TOP SHOW at Autumn Oaks! She is a show CHAMPION & also a CERTIFIED THERAPY dog (as well as a number of other full siblings being certified therapy dogs)! Our ALHs are very social dogs, always looking for attention from anyone who will give it. No known health issues (past or present), with siblings or parents.
Vaccinated & dewormed. Needs rabies vaccine. Comes with a WRITTEN HEALTH GUARANTEE, puppy booklet for vaccination/deworming history and UKC registration application/breeding rights.
Loves attention & snuggling. Sweet girl but is shy with new people at first - just needs some time or treats & she warms right up to being the little love bug we know. As you can tell by the photos she is very loved and loving, currently having a leisurely house life. She's young enough to train your way. Housebroken. Crate trained for at night but getting used to sleeping lose in the house recently. Sticks to home when running lose on potty breaks - she wears a bell on her collar most times when outside. Comes when called. Knows sit. Leashes.

Age: puppy -8 months.
Intact male/no neuter requirement.
Great health with good hips, eyes, etc - no health issues in lineage via parents or siblings at least. A health guarantee would be preferred.
Does not need to be an inside pet as we will be keeping him outside with our aged male and a non-house broke female (separate kennels inside a large grassy run area).
From proven hunting parents would be great.
Blocky build: we do not like the long lean look. Must have a tail, as I'm aware down south they tend to dock tails or are born with short tails.
