I bought a puppy for my Autistic son to have a friend, but he is terrified! As much as I would love to keep her, i don’t want to force my kid on her. I’ve had her for about 3 weeks. Winifred is a beautiful Newfoundland Poodle mix and she is about a year and a half years old. She is extremely energetic and perfect for a farm with lots of land to run. Her fur is hypoallergenic and she’s in perfect health. She weighs about 60 lbs and is full grown now. She is up to date with all her shots including distemper and rabies, and is also up to date with heartworm pills and flea and tick medication. She does need to be groomed frequently as her fur can get longer and matted from time to time. Winifred is extremely happy and full of life. Unfortunately I am a single mom who shares custody of my children and I am unable to take care of her alone, which is what ended up happening.
