Adult dogs get fresh foods on a regular basis daily, like chicken, lentils, pumpkin, etc table leftovers as long as it is food a dog is allowed to eat. We think this makes for a healthier happier dog as proven by the age of my past dogs. All our dogs are trained and have a yard to play in we do not kennel our dogs, except while driving in the car ( some not all) and one male who likes sleeping in his crate at night with door left open.
