This is a Rainbow(female) an Rasta(male). They are a bonded pair of Sun conures, although they have not started laying eggs they have started mating recently .I did not want to rehome them, but I’m not ready for the baby process, they are both friendly and step up . The male Will let you pet him once outside of the cage ( he protects his home and girlfriend )but the female does not like rubs the female prefers to be on your finger or on your shoulder especially if you have treats or dinner. the male has one wing clipped so they can fly but will only get so far the female can fly all over.
