Listing Description

We are looking to rehome our beautiful White Husky/Malmute/Shepard. He is almost 2 in December, still a puppy in disposition. He was a rescue that we have rehabilitated, now ready for his forever home. He has a lovely white coat and beautiful eyes a blue one and a "partieye" with brown and blue in the other eye. He is in great health he has been checked over by the Vet. This guy is a loveable goofy character that craves more attention than I have right now. I have 3 other dogs, I was hoping he wouyld fit right in but his high energy and our tiny dog are not a match and my other little male is very frightened of this big guy although our husky shows no aggression towards them he towers above them and he bounces alot which he has almost hurt our tiny dog hes acts like he wants to play but hes so big it could crush her. So my other dogs get protective and growl and bark at our husky. We now have to move and have medical problems so its getting to hard to work this out. Roo is our huskies name he is a fun-loving energetic guy he'd be great for someone wanting a real friend to pal around with once he bonds. He has had fear issues and took a long time adjusting to his new environment, but with patience and love he has just turned into a total love bug. I have trained him to the basics but I have not walked him he prefers his crate and pen most of the time I let him play in the yard then he asks to come in and go to his crate. If you are patient and love huskies this guy is real special. We rescued him from a home that didn't take care of him very well he was skinny and dirty and shy very frightened when he came to us. Roo is a sweet, friendly pup. He took a while to adjust. He had a lot of fear, and separation anxiety from leaving his previous owner. But with a lot of love, he has come out of his shell. He is such a good boy, very smart, and always eager to please and learn new things. Our family is moving and can't take him. He is also living separated from our other dogs he is big and energetic puppy still under 2 years. He likes the other dogs but the little one, he is too bouncy, it would be best if he were in a home with other large dogs or with no other dogs or small animals. He loves his crate and gets scared in large areas, so he is in a smaller, pened area. He is potty-trained to go outside or on a pad.

He is really a great dog for someone that has more space and time for him. My family is going through a lot, and we are moving to get medical care. My family has 3 other dogs, and since he has a hard time mixing with them, it's going to be too hard to keep him. Our home is too small right now, so it's been stressful to have them separate. He loves to talk he always says a-roooo, hence his name Roo! He loves to say good morning with a friendly howl. He is very attached to his person so when he gets used to a new person he will love you forever. He just needs the right match, and it turns out that's not going to be us. We can send photos if you are interested.
