I have my Quaker parrots since 3 months old I hand fed him. The bird is almost 5 months old now I do not know if he's male or female I put him off a personal breeder. He comes with this cage his food and everything I have for him.. I am selling him because I really have no time for him I give him the time I can but I know he deserves better plus he can learn to talk I just have no time to teach him. I am asking $400 in cash upon picking up the bird
