Tica is a beautiful male blue and gold macaw. He is approximately 2-3 years old, we have had him for 14 years. He needs an experienced large bird handler. He is tame, and handled daily, but can be nippy. He is my husbands bird, and he can do much more with him than I can. We will not ship, he needs to be picked up within a7 hour radius. If further out,please do not waste our time, this is not negotiable. We will not sell into a breeding program. He is a pet and we are being very selective who his next owner will be. We do not have to sell him, but our circumstances have changed and we do not feel that he is getting the time and attention he deserves. He is seen regularly by a vet.
