8 year old Buckskin
Tormentoso -8 year old Buckskin - Great Sports horse with power and elasticity!!This beautiful gelding is a standout with his golden color! Tormentoso is a buckskin colored gelding with a super nice character. He has only just arrived in the Netherlands but has already found his place. Every day that we ride him is a joy for us! Tormentoso is ridden the way, which means with one hand and very different from we are used to in the Netherlands. That makes it even nicer to find out what 'buttons' this beautiful man has. If you sit forward he jumps from walk to canter, if you sit deep and you whistle he stands still immediately. Backwards and sideways are no problem at all and he responds very well to all aids. In the beginning you have to find out where all the buttons are, but when you get the hang of it he does everything you want! You can ride him relaxed and make him hot, especially if you have found the button canter-walk-canter. The nice thing about him is that even though he gets hot Tormentoso remains reliable, one whistle and deep sitting and you are standing still again. We think that Tormentoso (which means stormy) is a super nice horse for the younger rider who wants to have lots of fun and maybe do some competitions. He will also be the perfect horse for Working Equitation because of his maneuverability and eager to learn personality. Tormentoso is a super well behaved and sweet gelding but like many other horses he is a bit shy when you walk straight into his stable. Biting, kicking, hitting etc are absolutely not in his vocabulary . Cuddling, relaxing and love are in here! In short, are you looking for a golden horse for lots of fun that is lively but well behaved? A horse with a very nice character that you can really enjoy? Dun quarter horse 469 xx 319 xx 1349
Dunny is a beautiful Dun Quarter horse mare. She can Walk, Trot and Canter in both directions and moves off of leg pressure. Neck reins very well and has been trained in a Bosal. She takes a bit easily but I usually do not ride in one as I prefer the Bosal. Has been on cows a few times and loves it. She has also been backed into the box and is learning to stand quietly. Dunny has been around a barrel and would do well in that regard. I used to run barrels before I got her so we did a lot of exercises using them and if you put a barrel in the middle of the arena and drop the reins she will walk around it. She has mainly been ridden on trails and in the arena but needs a better job. She has no buck, bite or rear and has yet to meet a horse she doesn't like. Does not act badly when in season. Easy keeper on straight grass and has never been shod due to her amazing hooves. Never coliced or had any major medical issues. Only selling because my beautiful girl needs a better job and more time than I can provide currently due to work and school. This is one of the most difficult decisions of my life but I feel it isn't fair for her to be standing around. I would love her to go to a ranch or someone who will work her on cattle. She stands for the farrier and you can easily clean all feet. She Should be ridden regularly as she does have some get up and go but nothing crazy. I am only an intermediate rider and have not had any problems with her. The areas she needs work in are: - standing quietly in the trailer (she loads well but wants to get moving) - smooth out trot and canter I am very honest and want you to know her flaws and not have any surprises. Up to date on shots and Coggins. Just had her feet trimmed. Feel free to contact me with questions. May consider a lower price to the perfect home. Really love this mare!

Magnificent mover, scopey and lovely horse
Outstanding mover, extremely scopey. This horse can jump 1 meter 40 with ease. He has great changes and loves to jump. He could go either in the derby hunter ring or Big Equitation ring. He is sound with clean legs.
