Born 7/4/21, we’ve had Griffin the conure for about 5 months. My partner loves birds and wanted to train him, but my partner is chronically ill, and we have two daughters. I am not in a position to train this bird, and he is such a lovely little guy, I would hate to not be able to fulfill all of his needs and what he deserves. We paid 1500 for him, 500 for his cage and an additional 500 for other accessories as well as a travel carrier. His wings were clipped at the shop we purchased him from, but we did not clip after. He is in the middle of his first molt, and is rough on his tail feathers. He is black and sprouting red feathers on his belly. I love him and he usually hangs out with me on my shoulder, but things are not getting better and I cannot take care of him so I’m looking to make sure he is really in good hands. 1000 for him and everything he has, in an attempt to ensure that someone willing to purchase him won’t hurt him. He makes kissy noises and says, “hi,” and “what are you doing?” He’s great! Please let me know if you’re interested, I can send more pics and we will work it out
