I have a cockatiel that I want to rehome. She will be a year old in November. She comes with her cage, food, and grits. Her wings have been trimmed, for her safety. She doesn't know how to step up. You just have to grab her and put her on you. So she does need to be worked with. She was my daughter's bird and she didn't give her a lot of attention.
