2 male Chinchillas
I have two male chinchillas that need to go to a nice home. Their names are Remy and Emile and the reason why I can’t keep them because of my bad dust allergies and it’s hard to keep them especially at night because I wake up not being able to breathe, rashes, and hives. They’re both 4 years old and very playful. They don’t really like to be pet for a long time but they rarely bite.

Two chinchillas + cage
These two chinchillas have been with me for a couple of years, but im steadily losing time and money for them due to personal reasons. Their previous owner was abusive, so they arent exactly eager to be handled, although ive worked with them enough to have them let me pet them. Theyre both males, but i am unsure how old they are. 600 may sound steep, but ill break it down. $200 per chinchilla and im not selling one without the other vecause seperating those two isnt right. Their cage is new (albeit currently dirty) and ran me about 100. As for the other 100, that would give their bowl, their dustbath, their blanket, bottle, and whatever food i have for them to start. My son is in the US Navy and asked me to “chin sit “ when he went on deployment. He had a long deployment and has resigned with the Navy. I have a very small condo and I find it very difficult to give the chinchilla adequate exercise time out of her cage.She is an amazing creature! To take her out I must move furniture and rearrange our small condo. She needs a new home with a lot of space. Sadly we don’t have it. In addition to the Chin we have her cage( she shouldn’t be in a cage), a running wheel, bathing sand and dish, 2 hammocks, 2 extended feeders ,a daily feeder, a carrying crate, for vet visits, water dish, 2 playpens (which I attach together to make a large area)Timothy hay feeder and more! I love her but can’t give her adequate care.i feel neglectful . We are looking for a family to love cherish and appreciate the acrobatic and natural agility of a chinchilla! They are amazing animals! She is shy and takes awhile to warm up . She doesn’t bite, she will climb on your head, chest and legs! You would have to travel pick everything up! The cage is 16x 24 x 55 it fits in a Toyota RAV. I have a small car and can’t deliver the cage and it can’t be disassembled easily!View Detail

After some tough choices I’ve realized that moving from state to state with them isn’t an option so I won’t be able to take them with me back home.
