Listing Description
Gorgeous 6 month male Bengal.
Very affectionate.
Great with dogs, he's been raised with a German shepherd mix and they play a LOT.
Great with kids, he's been carried around relentlessly by 6 and 7 year old boys and never scratched them once.
(No experience with other cats, yet.)
My house purchase fell through and he hates apartment life. He's miserable here. He needs a doggie door so he can go outside at will. Currently leash walk him three times a day. He WAS litter box trained, now he only pees outside. He will meow LOUDLY to go out. And you must be there to let him out. Hence, you need a doggie door.
HE TALKS A LOT. IF YOU DONT HAVE A DOGGIE DOOR, DO NOT COME FOR HIM. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. Ever. He will YELL at you. Do not doubt me. :-) ;-)
BENGALS ARE AN INTENSE BREED. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
They are NOT lap kitties. He does like to be scratched and petted and does not swat or bite. But is not a lap kitty. They are NOT "dangerous"... But they require a lot of work to keep them happy! He likes to be chased by kids or dog, and doesn't engage the claws unless he's really hurt.
He is not an apartment cat unless you have a slider with a doggie door insert. He might be OK with a balcony, but ever since he moved to my new wooded apartment complex, that might no longer work. Don't worry. He will tell you.
Or maybe you are retired and can let him in and out at will 300 times a day?
If you are not sure if a Bengal is right for you, I will allow return minus $100 for my inconvenience/to deter frivolous trial/return.
He has had first shots and needs booster. Not neutered yet. Currently around 10lbs. Comes with supplies, leash, walking harness, and hard case carrier.
He is very obviously purebred, but I believe his mother wasn't papered so there is no pedigree or paper, hence the lower price.
