Temperament tests will be performed at 7 weeks of age. Puppies will have their first vaccinations at 6 weeks and there after, also have regular dewormings. All dogs are fed a high quality dog/puppy food with high protein. Adult dogs get fresh foods on a regular basis daily, like chicken, lentils, pumpkin, etc table leftovers as long as it is food a dog is allowed to eat. We think this makes for a healthier happier dog as proven by the age of my past dogs. All our dogs are trained and have a yard to play in we do not kennel our dogs, except while driving in the car ( some not all) and one male who likes sleeping in his crate at night with door left open. Females are held at the same standard as males dogs here, they are Not just for breeding as some people do.
I have owned Malinois for 13 years now. before that I had shelter dogs, namely German Shepherds, Rottweiler's, Hound mix, etc that lived from a range of 16-21 yrs of age. I began training dogs in 2010 with my first Malinois, Quesa, in tracking and scentwork, I also trained her daughter Kimber extenstively in dock diving . We also with the help of protection trainers and decoys trained some of our dogs, Mishiiki, Siyah, and Kimber in protection work. Zohre is agreat pet quality malinois fully obedience and housetrained. who has completed 30 hrs. 6 week course in obedience withprofessional trainer of malinois. he also has a good nose. Gets along great with all dogs and people including children. We sold Zohre shortly after his training but later person previous owner got deployed again so they returned him back to us and we have kept him for a while before rehoming him again so as not to confuse too much. This pup, Named Ohiyesa is an excellent sporting dog prospect.! Very agile and quick. Great dock diver! we took him with his mama for the first time to dock pool and he dove of dock by himself on first trip there. He will keep jumping in to retrieve. He LOVES to swim has a big toy ball drive so he jumps in the water each time you throw the toy. Also has been the most agile pup since testing at 7 weeks.So good agility prospect as well.
