DEPOSITS AND PUPPY PRICES Our puppy prices are all the same regardless of color or gender. The price of our puppies is $2,500 with FULL AKC REGISTRATION. If you are interested in owning a puppy from our next litter, (litter anticipated July 2024 - ready for new homes September 2024), please email us the completed Questionnaire on our website. We require a non-refundable deposit of $350.00 (cash, pay-pal, wire transfer) to hold a specific puppy. This deposit is to assure us that you are a serious buyer. This deposit is non refundable with few exceptions. We will return the deposit to you if 1) we do not have a puppy available for you (more buyers then number of puppies born) 2) we do not have the sex you chose 3) the buyer's licensed veterinarian finds that the puppy has a condition that is or could become life threatening, has a congenital birth defect, or a deadly disease. This puppy wellness exam must take place within 72 hours of buyer's receiving their puppy. Failure by buyers to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choosing within 72 hours voids this warranty. No puppy is considered reserved until seller receives a signed purchase contract along with a non refundable deposit from the buyer. Upon receipt of your deposit, the puppy that you have chosen will be taken off the market and will be held for you until the puppy is ready for it's new home – no earlier than 8 weeks of age. Please take note that we will not sell any of our puppies to 1) first time dog owners 2) buyers that wish to purchase them as fighting dogs 3) people who do not have a6 foot tall fenced yard - for the safety of both dogs and neighbors. 4) people who live in apartments/condos. THESE DOGS SUFFER IMMENSELY IF THEY ARE NOT SPENDING MOST OF THEIR LIVES OUTDOORS. THEY ENJOY LONG WALKS AND EXERCISE. AGAIN, THESE DOGS ARE DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR APARTMENT LIVING, OR HOMES WITH SMALL BACKYARDS WITH A LOW FENCE. PLEASE NOTE: Although these dogs love children when properly socialized, their size alone could harm a child, unintentionally, if left alone without supervision. Please keep this in consideration when purchasing one of our puppies, especially if you have children that are of preschool age. Average weight of males is 120-170 lbs. and females is 85-130 lbs.
