Breeding Service Terms

Terms of Service

1. Stud Fee: The stud fee is $__________, due prior to the first breeding. Payment is non-refundable once breeding has taken place.
2. Health Requirements: The female must be in good health, free from contagious diseases, and current on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations and any requested veterinary records must be provided before breeding.
3. Breeding Arrangement: Breeding will consist of up to two natural ties during the female's heat cycle, as agreed upon by both parties.
4. No Guaranteed Pregnancy: While every effort will be made to achieve a successful breeding, pregnancy is not guaranteed.
5. Repeat Breeding: If the female fails to conceive, the stud owner agrees to provide one repeat breeding during the female's next heat cycle at no additional stud fee, provided written veterinary confirmation of non-pregnancy is submitted within ____ days of the due date.
6. Care and Liability: If the female is left in the care of the stud owner, reasonable care will be provided. However, the stud owner is not responsible for illness, injury, escape, or death that may occur despite proper supervision.
7. Registration of Puppies: Any litter registration paperwork requiring the stud owner's signature will be completed once the stud fee has been paid in full.
8. No Puppy Guarantee: The stud owner makes no guarantee regarding the number, quality, color, sex, or survival of any puppies produced.
9. Agreement: By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they understand and agree to these terms.
