We need to find a good home for our dog. Female, 1 year old. 22lb

She is part wire terrier and possibly welsch corgi and or chihuahua. She is sweet. She is loyal and good at protecting. She gets defensive for her owner. She is potty trained and crate trained.

We began to work on some other training with heras well. She still needs training for what to do when guests come into the home. She can get very protective when there is someone new. This CAN be a good quality if you need a dog for protection.

She was recently spayed and still is wearing a cone. One round of vaccines has been administered. She needs booster shots.

Why we need to find a new home for her: we have a very unique situation in where my family was out of town when I got her. So she was with me only for days and bonded with me. When my family got back in town, she met them but she stayed most committed to me and i didnt get her for just me I got her for my whole family. She can get very protective of me. And still isnt as comfortable with everyone else

We should have all met her at the same time.

So i recommend if you have a family she is going to go to have her meet everyone at once. A home with a yard might be good for her. She can be active.

Other than that, she is a great dog, sweet, loves cuddles and lots of love and is playful. She doesnt bark a lot or shed.

Asking $300 rehoming fee. Includes a big box of her food, treats, leash, harness, pet pads, her food and water dishes, some dog toys, her dog bed and blanket. As well as a year supply of heart worm medication
