Licensing fee with PACC Pima, AZ shelter Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped Mercy is a sweet, shy dog who absolutely loves being pet over treats. She is very affectionate once she is comfortable. She is learning how to approach humans to get scratches, but once she warms up to you she will want them all the time. She just needs a family to take things a little slow, work with her on some normal doggy things, and most important lots of love. She is in foster care and starting to learn. She is not reactive to traffic around the house cars nor humans. She is house broken, doesn’t get on furniture, has not chewed on anything I haven’t approved and knows her crate is a safe place. She is curious but when uncomfortable she goes to her crate. She can’t help herself to come out and see what everyone is doing. She is timid starting her walks, but once she is out she is good. She doesn’t pull. Mercy came to PACC with a friend who she loved to play and snuggle with, but he has since found a home. She had a new kennel mate and loves to stick close by his side and try to get him to play. She was also playful, social, and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup, so would definitely love to have a furry pal in her future home.
