Everest is looking for his permanent home that will love him unconditionally.

Everest just wants to play with everyone he meets. That can be any kind of animal.

Everest is the perfect dog when you're with him. He minds very well and obeys commands like sit and lay down. He will stay where you tell him to for a little while. The problem is that he loses his mind when you're not in his site. He gets bored very quickly and tends to dig holes, tear up stuffed animals and get into other like types of mischief. I have had to resort to kenneling him when I'm not home or at night when I go to bed. It seems like he is always in the kennel anymore. The dog we have when we took in Everest is suffering from neglect as well. I used to take him with me wherever I went but now he has to stay home with Everest locked in a kennel. I feel bad and leave my dog with Everest for company.

Everest is genuinely a good dog. He has a lot of energy but is a friendly dog that gets along with everyone he has encountered in his life so far.

He was my son's dog until we took him in 6 months ago. My son went through a divorce and then took a job out of state. He can't have the dog where he is at and his ex-wife is living in an apartment now that doesn't allow pets.

I have tried to give Everest the attention he deserves but I feel that one dog is enough for me. I care for the dog and would like him to go to a good home but have been unable to find one for him so far.
