Hello, I am posting wondering if anyone is looking for a new edition to their home. Cookie is 2.5 year old, intact Old English Sheepdog. She’s a very sweet girl that loves to be at home. I would prefer for her to go to a home with a yard since she does need the exercise and would love the freedom. She is okay with other dogs and cats, but needs to be acclimated to their environment. She is a little nervous and has a big bark to defend herself. Cookie has had a troubling past, going from home to home to home of places that were not quite ready to take in a dog that can be considered high maintenance. Sheepdogs require brushing everyday and are big companions dogs. Sheepdogs are also herding dogs that will still exhibit those behaviors if not properly exercised. Cookie is a very independent girl and would prefer to spend her day at home than going on car rides and running errands with you (She does still love the car though). She is crate trained but we do not use one since she is great having freedom to the home. If you are serious about Cookie and letting her join your house, please let me know!
