Mia is a dog rescued from the Front Street Animal Shelter in Sacramento. She is house trained, potty trained and is somewhat leash trained. She does well indoors and outdoors. She loves walks and cuddling. She is super lovable and loves meeting new people. She gets excited meeting new dogs so it is best to keep her distanced from others until a proper meeting can be conducted. She is food aggressive with animals but not with humans. She has been poorly mistreated in the past but it is clear that she truly just wants to be loved. She currently lives with a 14 year old Yorkie and they get along extremely well. I often find them cuddling together in the same bed (even though they both have their own). The Yorkie is not fond of other dogs and he can be very picky with the dogs that get close to him but with time and patience they have taken to one another like two old friends. I am sure if you are willing to take the time to acclimate her to her new environment Mia will become your best friends she has become mine. I'm not asking for any money for Mia. My only wish is that she finds a good and loving home. Mia has no allergies, she is partially blind in one eye which has fully healed and requires no medical treatment. She is a happy and healthy dog. Unfortunately we don't know her exact age. She is estimated to be around 7-9 years old
