Deposit Terms / Refund Policy

Deposit Amount: $500.00

Deposit Type: Non-Refundable

1. Purpose of the Deposit

The $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the dog for the buyer. Once the deposit is paid, the dog will be marked as “sold” and removed from availability for other buyers.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Buyer changes their mind

• Buyer cannot complete the purchase

• Buyer is unable to pick up the dog on the agreed date

• Personal, financial, or schedule-related issues

The deposit compensates the seller for holding the dog and turning away other potential buyers.

3. Pick-Up Policy

• The buyer must pick up the dog by the agreed pick-up date set at the time of deposit.

• If the buyer does not pick up the dog on the agreed date, the seller may allow a grace period of up to 48 hours, only if communicated in advance.

• If the buyer fails to pick up the dog by the deadline (including grace period), the following will occur:

4. Failure to Pick Up

If the buyer does not pick up the dog on time:

• The deposit is forfeited (non-refundable).

• The dog will be relisted and made available to other buyers.

• Any additional payments made (if any) may also be forfeited unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Final Payment

• Remaining balance is due at pick-up unless a different arrangement is stated in writing.

• The dog will not be released until full payment is received.

6. Agreement

By paying the deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this policy.
