A great hiking companion and lover of swimming, Uri, is an 8 month old, AKC documented, fully vaccinated, un-neutered, awesome Pup. We are heartbroken to have to pass him along to another home, but our living situation has changed, and is presenting a challenge for our family to maintain a great lifestyle for our little guy. He's the best though, and naturally after 6 months of nurturing him, we've grown attached to his antics. When treats are in hand, he's smart and learns pretty quickly. We've taught him sit, stay, lie down, shake hands, roll over, and come (still working on that one). He's great at fetching a ball (a highly beloved activity) but he won't always willingly give it back, it's part of the game. He still needs a little training when it comes to obedience. He's knowledgable of many english words, but selective in understanding them and acknowledge a request. Also, he still shreds tissues and paper and goes for a daily shoe, but hey, he's still a puppy. ;)

Our ideal is to find a family that will embrace him as we have, and offer him an active household in which he can thrive. Perhaps even a farm. He's also good with being on the move, and rides in a car fairly well, without anxiety. We think he'd do great with another dog in the household, a friendly play companion, would be wonderful.
