– A F1B Labradoodle is a back-crossed Labradoodle that is 75% Poodle genetics, and 25% Labrador. The F1 means that it comes from a first generation (F1) Labradoodle and the B indicates there is Poodle backcross.

I expect the puppies to be just shy of the standard poodle size. Mom is half Labrador half miniature poodle but she is bigger than a lab. Dad is a purebred poodle.

They will be ready for pick up August 26 through the 27th. I am asking $1500 for them. I have three females and eight males. If you want to pick a puppy now, which I recommend so you get the one you want; you can give me a hold of $500 and then pay the thousand dollars when they’re picked up around August 26. They will have their first shots already done. I recommend you take them to a vet for your own evaluation, but I don’t require it. I ask you sign a commitment to neuter/spay by 6 months for a girl and a year for a boy. They can be spay sooner to prevent the hassle of dealing with preventing them becoming parents. But they will have a better life expectancy if they are spayed at 6 months.

Most of them will run a little taller than a "regular" lab but (22-23 inches and weigh 50 to 60 pounds). I would guess their weigh as 50 pounds at the most.

These are F1b labradoodles. Mom is first generation 1/2 lab 1/2 miniature poodle. But I breed mom to a standard size cream poodle because mom is big.

So we removed the dew claws from these cuties born July 2nd. I was worried about the first time momma coping with the procedure but Leia did well. Five female and seven males. 10 light apricot, one cream, one black. So Grateful they are doing so well. **Dad Winston- Poodles are known as a highly intelligent, energetic, and sociable breed. They require both physical and intellectual activities. A typical Poodle should be reserved and a little aloof with strangers upon first introduction, but after a while should slowly reveal a warm and personable disposition once the dog realizes the new person is trustworthy and means no harm. I used the formal description because it was much better written than my attempt. I have found poodles have a lot more personality than most people think. The worst personality mix is a mini poodle and an older single person. It makes the poodle neurotic because they really are trying to “save” their beloved owner, an owner who is becoming more weak and sickly over time. Many breeders have told me minis are very different from standard poodles, but I have found the lab personality really opens up the poodles to be more outgoing.

**Winstons mom: Very loyal, he knows who his people are. Loves to snuggle. Will play if you want to but if you don't he'll just lay around the house and nap.

** Leia- is very much a lab. She is four but she still thinks she’s a puppy. Other moms I’ve had have been very proud of their puppies. Leia is mainly very proud of herself and she is an attention hog. I really prefer happy, confident dogs and the labradoodles bring these traits in spades! Labs can sometimes feel sad and pathetic (just my own opinion) and the poodles wash this out of the lab.
