New home needed

Lizzie is a great dog. She is just over a year old. She is a pure breed Irish terrier and is registered with the AKC. She will come with all her shot records. She is leash trained and is pretty good about not having accidents in the house as long as she goes out every 3-4hrs. She sleeps through the night great. I have her in a crate- she’s still in a biting stage. And I don’t want her chewing stuff up that may hurt her while we sleep. She loves going on walks and also likes to cuddle. She has just the right amount of energy for someone that is active but doesn’t want to be out all the time. She is great with kids and hasn’t had a problem around other dogs (my sister has two). She weighs about 22 pounds and will only get a few pounds bigger. She was spayed before I purchased her. I got her in June for my sons 5th Bday. We had talked about a dog and I thought 5 would be a good age. After trying to make it work the past few months- I just don’t think he is ready. So, as much as I want to keep her, I think it’s best if I find her a house where she can have the love she deserves.
