This is a6 year old Scarlet Macaw. She is a beautiful bird but unfortunately its not working out with me because she needs a male owner and does not do good with me. She had a male owner her whole life and i just took her a few months ago and it was ok at first but now I cant even hold her anymore. Anytime a male is around her, he can pet her head, pick her up, she is very vocal and loves to talk. She has learned so much more vocabulary being here with me. I just need her to go to a good home and will take her out daily. Ive taken her to the vet plenty of times for blood and poop checks and shes all clear, i can even give paperwork for proof. Her wings and nails are trimmed monthly and occasionally her beak.
