Listing Description
I brought home a LGD pup three weeks ago--Great Pyranees, Anatolian, Akbash, Maremma and Kangal. Big personality but also affectionate and currently learning about meeting new people, potty training, riding in a car, walking on a leash and being part of a household. He's currently able to be penned at night and sleep for 7-8 hours. I did not want an outside only dog and was looking for a dog to watch over my Golden Retriever x, cats and chickens, as I live alongside coyotes and mountain lions. He spent his first 8 weeks around older children and a variety of farm/homestead animals. I did most of my research AFTER I brought him home and realized that in order for him to be a well balanced LGD, I'd need to spend much more time each day working with him...and my employment keeps me from being able to do this. In order for him to grow into the best version of himself, I am looking to rehome him with a family or person who has some property but also is willing to consider that he have indoor/outdoor options. He loves my other dog and she has been a good influence on him so far. He's had his first set of vaccinations and has been wormed. I am asking $400 for him and if you are interested, please email me with a brief intro and your phone number. At only 11 weeks old, he's still able to bond with a new household.
