Our "Rue" is 17 months old. Rue has a Brindle coloring, more on the darker side. She is a FULL BLOOD English Mastiff, however she is NOT AKC Registered due to sires(Dads) paperwork being expired, Dame(mom) is AKC. Raised around other dogs, elderly & kids of all ages. We have been working on housetraining, although she is puppy pad trained. Rarely has accidents in house, if she goes in the home she goes on pad. The issue is just needing her to tell us when she has to pee. She craves your full & undivided attention and love and is ALWAYS in your business wondering what your doing! Shes a very curious pup! Doesn't jump or paw, but she will bark to alert you of incoming guests or vehicles. She has never been on leash so training will be needed. Rue runs free and protected using our "Geo-fence", so she is familiar with this type of training tool. She also just finished up her 2nd heat cycle in February. We intend on getting her fixed, but with larger breeds they like to wait until after the 3rd or 4th heat cycle to make sure it doesn't effect her growth(bones, hips,hormones,etc) She will be a wonderful addition to your family!
