Santa delivered these 11 Double Doodle puppies on Oct 12/13 and they will be 10 weeks old on December 21, 2021. If you are considering a puppy for Christmas, you should check out this litter. Your kids will be so excited!
Double Doodles, aka Golden Labradoodles are the perfect blend of three breeds. The Golden Retriever, the Labrador Retriever and the Poodle. These pups will make wonderful family pets, due to their easy-going temperament, gentle nature and mostly non-shedding coat. They will get along well with small children, other dogs, cats and livestock animals. A well cared for doodle will have a 12-15 year life expectancy. They will require lots of grooming and exercise. The doodle coat is generally great for allergy sufferers.
I own both the mom and dad and they are both great dogs. Mom is a standard labradoodle weighing 58lbs and dad is a 38lb Golden Doodle. These pups will reach an adult weight of 45-55lbs.
The litter is being raised in my living room and receiving my full attention. They will experience ENS training for 13 days between day 3 and day 16. Research shows that ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) training during the early developmental stages has the benefit of greater tolerance to stress, greater resistance to disease, faster adrenal system, stronger heart rate and stronger heart beat. This makes them easier to train and more oriented to humans.
This litter includes all coat types and many coat colors. Pricing will be established at 3 weeks when coats are fully showing. Price will begin at $1200 and will not exceed $1900. Dew claws have been removed. Age appropriate deworming and vaccinations will be provided for according to South Mountain Pet Care guidelines. Puppies will go to their permanent homes with a puppy care kit. I will begin potty training using pee pads and a litter box at 3 weeks and crate training at 6-7 weeks.
Please text if you'd like to set up a time to come see these puppies. I am taking deposits in sequence for puppy selection at 4 weeks. Meaning the first person to send a deposit (already received) will have pick of the litter and so on down the line. With a deposit, I am happy to use a video app for you to watch them grow. I can hold puppies until Christmas Eve (for a fee) and will deliver (within reason) in a Christmas wrapped, vented box (for a fee). Cash/Venmo only. Text only please.
