Listing Description

Barlow is a wonderful, purebred, mimiature long haired Dachshund 1.5 years old. He has sired 2 litters of puppies and they have almost all been long haired of various colors. He has a sweet, laid-back personality, unusual in a young Dachshund.

Barlow is purebred (as you can see from the photos), but he does not have papers. He belonged to an 80-year-old couple who died within weeks of each other. We were not able to find the papers, the name of the breeder, or any other information.

We DO know he sired two litters of 5 and 6, beautiful, healthy puppies. I have photos of some of the pups.

Barlow is too spectacular to not allow him to pass on his genes. Not only is he gorgeous, but his personality is highly unusual in his mellowness and his lack of being a frequent barker, like most small dogs.

I won't keep him because he should be bred and I am not a breeder. But I love him and I want him to be loved and happy.
