If you have any more questions on shipping please contact me. We ship Monday,Tuesday and Wednesdays only. Read our fish policy before ordering: Live arrival on all of our livestock. In the rare occurrence that a fish arrives Dead on Arrival DOA, we require three clear pictures of the deceased fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery for a refund ,shipping cost are non refundable. Refund is only for DOA'S. Once the fish are in your tank, we are no longer responsible for any issues that might occur.Make sure you acclimate your fish properly before releasing them into your tank.Make sure your water parameters are to specifications
