Three year old small terrier

I’m trying to find my three year old terrier a good home. He’s a good loving boy. Still has some training that is needed. He’s a house Dog is not aggressive. but recently he has been not getting along with my six-year-old terrier. I have small children never been aggressive towards them looking for a home that has no dogs and if possible, older children. He’s about 13 pounds has no health issues
