This sweet White Bellied Caique baby hatched on March 15 and is currently in her sleepy, growing stage – just starting to develop her bright feathers and signature silly personality. Hand-raised with care, she’s getting all the attention and support she needs to grow into a confident, social little clown. She’ll be weaning onto a healthy diet of pellets and fresh foods and is expected to be ready for her new home around mid to late June, depending on her individual progress. Caiques often take a little longer to wean, and we never rush the process. Known for their hilarious antics and bold personalities, White Bellied Caiques are incredibly interactive birds who thrive on playtime, affection, and attention.
