We have two beautiful female Basset Hounds: Gracie and Lucy. We also have a male Basset: Toby. We enjoy the calm quiet nature of Bassets. We spend many evenings on the porch with our hounds! Bassets love interaction with people and other dogs; and usually do quite well with cats and other pets. They are very gentle with children and make great family pets!
