Breeding Service Terms

Healthy male Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) available for stud service in Montréal. He is up to date on vaccinations, regularly vet-checked, and in excellent health with a wonderful temperament. Stud fee is $600 CAD, due at time of first breeding, or pick of the litter as an alternative option (to be agreed upon in advance). The female must be at least 18 months old, in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and free of parasites, with proof of a recent vet check prior to breeding. Two supervised breedings per heat cycle are included. While every effort is made for a successful breeding, pregnancy is not guaranteed; however, if no pregnancy occurs, one return breeding during the female's next heat cycle will be offered for a reduced fee. All pregnancy, whelping, and puppy-related expenses remain the responsibility of the female's owner. A signed stud contract is required prior to breeding
