Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date or at the time of local pickup.
Extensions: If you need more time to prep the enclosure, extensions may be granted at a cost.
4. Buyer Requirements (The "Anaconda Clause")

We only ship when weather conditions are safe at both the origin and the destination.
Temperature Range: We ship when daytime highs are between 10°C (50°F) and 32°C (90°F).

Your Anaconda will be packed using industry-standard safety materials:
Insulated Boxes: A heavy-duty cardboard box lined with 1/2" to 1" foam insulation to maintain stable internal temperatures.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
The Promise: I guarantee the snake arrives alive and healthy.
The "Unboxing" Rule: In the unlikely event of an issue, you must notify me within 1 hour of delivery/pickup with a clear video showing the animal and the packaging.
Health Check: Please allow the snake 24–48 hours to acclimate to its new enclosure before offering food or attempting handling.
