2. Remaining Balance

3. Refund Policy
Non‑Refundable Deposit
- The 300 deposit is non‑refundable under all circumstances, including:
- Buyer changes their mind
- Buyer cannot complete payment
- Buyer fails to pick up the kitten on the agreed date
- Personal, financial, or schedule issues on the buyer’s side
Seller‑Initiated Refunds
A refund of the deposit will only be issued if the seller cancels the sale due to reasons such as:
- Kitten becomes unfit for sale (health issue confirmed by a veterinarian)
- Unexpected circumstances on the seller’s side
- Seller decides to withdraw the kitten from availability
In these cases, the deposit will be refunded in full.
4. Transfer of Deposit
- Deposits cannot be transferred to another kitten unless the seller agrees in writing.
- Deposits cannot be transferred to future litters unless explicitly approved by the seller.
5. Delivery or Pickup
- Delivery or pickup date will be arranged once the kitten is ready to leave (usually after vet check, vaccinations, and age requirements).
- If the buyer fails to show up or delays beyond the agreed timeframe, the seller may cancel the sale and keep the deposit.
6. Agreement
By paying the deposit, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms listed in this Deposit & Refund Policy.
