Ike is an incredibly loving and energetic 4 year old dog who will go on a five mile jog with you and then cuddle up into a ball next to you in bed. As a single teacher, I just no longer have the time or the energy that Ike needs to live his very best life. He is house trained and crate trained, and has lived in harmony with another dog for the last year. I am hoping to find a home for him that has children to play with him and adults with work schedules that won't leave him cooped up in a cage for 10 hours at a time. I got Ike from the Humane Society of Tampa after he was given up at 10 months old by a family with kids due to landlord issues, so I am really hoping that his next home is his forever home.
